Teaching Experience: Six years teaching experience out of state and 14 years teaching experience in Miami Florida. My major area of concentration has been elementary, middle and high school music.

Special Interest: I love to read autobiographies of famous people. I also love walking, playing basketball and electronics. I am a professional musician.

Wayne Gutshall

Teaching Experience: Before becoming a Music Teacher at K.P.E., Mr.Gutshall has also been an instructor at Little River Elem. (music teacher), New World School of the Arts (Saxophone and group instructor), South Miami High School (Asst. Band Director), and served as professor of Saxophone for Miami Dade Community College (Wolfson Campus) teaching courses in Music Appreciation and Jazz History.

Special Interest: I am a big basketball fan and like to collect basketball cards and attend Miami Heat games. I like attending my church, St. Louis Catholic Church and our Bible Study here at K.P.E. I love to play music professionally and I have performed with many various artist including: The Four Tops, Rita Moreno, Franco De Vita, Arturo Sandoval, Phil Woods, Maria Conchita Alonso, Willie Chirino, The Sabado Gigante T.V. show orchestra, Roberto Carlos, Yolandita Mongue, Ed Calle, Albita Rodriguez and The New Worls Symphony Orchestra. In addition, I have recorded various Jazz projects and recently recorded a music instructional video with the drummer and bass player from the Stevie Wonder Band.
